Something I have said before

Elon Musk thinks he's Tony Stark/ Iron Man and will single handedly save the world from everything, including repopulating it.

Elon, it's fantasy. Not real life.

No, a totally different one! I don’t remember the name, but it was big for about two minutes. Basically nerds who liked aliens.

Here’s two memes. From Twitter. I have more. Poor dead Twitter bird in the first one.

His attempts at injecting himself into the Thai cave rescue by offering a mini submarine was my first real taste of the derangement of this man.

When he sent his own personal car to space was the start of my "wtf?" with him.

Who does that?

Musk is unhinged in the same way that Kanye is. This isn't a visionany genius, it's dangerous self-aggrandising delusion. It's a clear form of mental illness.

WTAF? That is truly messed up. Little man throwing a tantrum cos they didn't use his toy. It would be obvious to pretty much anyone that a submarine 5 foot long would not work in a cave.

But it worked in a 4 metre deep crystal clean pool.🥺 His tiny little feelings were hurt so he went for the jugular.

He was initially quite popular on the left due to his renewable energy interests. I remember he didn't even get much pushback when he was firing employers trying to organise a union. Then there was the Thai cave divers fiasco. My impression is that most people didn't care much either way about him until he bought Twitter and started moving way to the right.

He's destroyed Twitter, it's so much worse to be on now. Full of porn, racism and engagement farming. In a way, though, I'm glad it's destroyed and people have gone to Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky etc. I always felt Twitter had too high a concentration of journalists, politicians and corporate interests in one place. I'm not sorry to see its influence declining. I look forward to it going out of business completely.

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/article/2024/aug/07/elon-musk-is-opening-another-school-expect-a-very-un-woke-curriculum

While this is a new campus, Musk’s experiment with education goes back a decade. In 2014, the tech magnate pulled five of his children out of their prestigious private school in Los Angeles and stuck them in a SpaceX conference room with a few of his colleagues’ kids and a tutor. In a 2015 interview, Musk explained that he didn’t like the way “regular schools” were run and he wanted to try out his far superior ideas. These included a curriculum that involved battling robots with flame-throwers, but no music, sports or languages; computers will do all these things in the future.

I am not one for picking on appearances but has he had shed loads of work done on his face? Cos he is very weird looking, or is that cos he is part alien? 😛

I certainly understand why some of his kids have distanced themselves from him, well, at least one of them.
