Muppet47
A friend recently got a long term temporary role as an SLSO the contract says nothing about rate if pay or any actual details of how this works the award says that long term temp staff get paid same during school vacation as during term it then says when not required to work during vacation time there is a calculation n = C/T x S n being number of paid vacation days accrued S being number of days service during proceeding school term (assume 5 days x 10 weeks = 50 T being number of days during school year (assume 5days x 10 weeks x 4 terms = 200) C is the number of student vacation days as appropriate (what does this mean?) can someone who works in the system please help explain thank you
purpleduck
First thing is for pay rate, I think there is a website which specifies the role and pay rates, but obviously would be good to confirm that with the school or payroll.
